STEP 1 - BOOK A CALL

It all starts with a call. To see if we’re a good fit, find out what our Management Service includes and most importantly, know how much your property can potentially earn! This is also an opportunity to ask any questions that you have.

STEP 2 - ONBOARDING

If you are happy to proceed, we will send you the Management Agreement to sign, an onboarding form to complete and arrange professional photography for your property. Once we have this, our Marketing team will begin advertising your property right away.

STEP 3 - START EARNING!

You will be provided your own dashboard login so can see your bookings at a glance. You will be provided a breakdown of your earnings, expenses and net payout on a monthly basis. It's time to take your property to the next level!
